A Guest Post by GoFundMe Employee: A Different Kind of Revolution – On Creating Zero Net Ed Wood.
On February 17th, 2016 I joined the GoFundMe team.
I was asked to join the team just before its initial public offering because of my skillset and experiences and I’ve been an entrepreneur, launched a successful company, and have a good eye for the nitty gritty details of business. I was basically the type of person they were looking to hire. They asked me to come in and lead the product strategy for GoFundMe.

The most popular platform for crowdfunding at the time I was at the company was GoFundMe. This
